We are your design curators, logistics coordinators, vendor collaborators, timeline keepers, and budget guides. Weddings have a lot of moving parts — managing all of them, big and small, is what we do.
What we offer

We manage your entire wedding — from the first planning conversation to the last thing packed up on site. The work is creative and operational in equal measure. We design the look and feel, manage every vendor, keep the timelines on track, and handle what goes wrong quietly — so you never have to.

We work with a trusted circle of designers and production houses apart from doing it in-house.
We don’t work on commission — every vendor we recommend is chosen on fit, not incentive. And we take on a small number of weddings each year so we can do each one exceptionally well.
The Way We Work

There is no standard playbook. Every wedding starts with a conversation and is built from there — around your vision, your timeline, and the decisions you make together with us.
We use Trello to keep every task, discussion, and decision organised and visible. Budgets, vendor details, and RSVPs are tracked in shared Google Sheets.
We check in regularly with weekly or fortnightly scheduled calls, keep you updated without overwhelming you.
In the final week, the pace picks up — run-of-show, vendor briefings, final confirmations, contingency plans. Weddings are unpredictable. Things shift, vendors run late, plans change. We have seen enough of it to know what to do when it happens.
A lead planner, assistant planner, and three to four crew are on-site throughout — managing the day so you can be present in it.
