FAQ’s
YOU PROBABLY HAVE QUESTIONS. WE’RE GLAD YOU DO.
Planning a destination wedding brings a hundred little decisions and just as many possibilities.
Here’s a glimpse into how we work, what we believe in, and what you can expect along the way.
working together
Choosing a planner is about more than services; it’s about trust, connection, and feeling seen.
Here’s how we approach those first steps together.
What should I look for when hiring a wedding planner?
Experience and compatibility, in equal measure.
You will be working closely for months — you need someone who understands your vision, communicates clearly, and acts in your interest. The right planner feels like a trusted counterpart, not a vendor.
Should I hire a planner first or book the venue first?
Ideally, hire your planner first.
We can guide you through venue scouting, budgeting, and negotiation — helping you choose a location that fits your wedding, not just your guest count. If you have already booked a venue, that is fine too. We will work around it.
Do you charge a fee for the initial consultation?
No. The first call and a few follow-up conversations are complimentary.
We take the time to understand each other before either party commits to anything.
What is the retainer to reserve our wedding dates?
A non-refundable deposit of 40% secures your date once your venue is confirmed.
If the venue is still being finalised, we offer a phased option — a smaller initial deposit of 15%, with the balance once the venue is locked.
How far in advance should we start planning our wedding?
For destination weddings, starting 12 to 18 months ahead is ideal.
It gives us enough time to get the venue, vendors, and details right without rushing any of it. That said, we have planned weddings in as little as 1 month — the timeline depends on what you are working with.
What’s the best way to communicate during the planning process?
However you’re most comfortable email, WhatsApp, or calls.
We adapt accordingly and stay on top of timelines regardless.
about us and our couples
Every wedding we plan is shaped by who we are and by the couples who trust us with their story.
A little more about our journey, and the kind of celebrations we love to create.
Where are you based, and where do you plan weddings?
We’re headquartered in Delhi, with workspaces in Goa and Jaipur.
Our weddings span Goa, Rajasthan, Kerala, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Vadodara, and beyond wherever your story leads.
How many weddings do you take on each year?
We plan no more than 12 to 18 weddings a year.
Each one is chosen thoughtfully based on connection, shared vision, and a feeling that we can create something extraordinary together.
But sometimes, a wedding speaks to us on a different level a cultural celebration we’ve never done before, an intimate gathering with a deeply personal touch, or a vision that challenges us creatively. In those moments, we set aside numbers and logistics, choosing to take on the wedding simply because we love it.
Who are your couples?
Many of our couples live abroad in New York, London, Singapore, Dubai and choose India for their destination wedding.
They value elegance over extravagance, moments over milestones, and experiences that feel personal and lasting.
We seamlessly bridge global sensibilities with local expertise ensuring every wedding feels both refined and deeply rooted in its setting.
planning and the wedding
Planning is only the beginning. It’s how everything comes together calmly, beautifully, intentionally that matters most.
Here’s how we guide the wedding from vision to reality.
I want to book you, but you haven’t planned at my chosen venue. Is that a problem?
Not at all.
We approach every venue fresh — understanding its layout, its constraints, and how to make it work for your wedding specifically. Familiarity helps, but it is not what makes a wedding work.
Will you work with vendors we suggest?
Yes, if they are a good fit for the wedding.
We are straightforward about it if we have concerns, but we do not dismiss suggestions without reason.
Who handles the wedding design and production?
We do.
From florals to lighting to layout, the creative direction stays with us — though we bring in trusted designers and production houses when the scale or vision calls for it.
Do you work with commissions?
No, we do not accept commissions from vendors.
Every recommendation we make is purely based on your wedding’s needs and not hidden incentives.
A STRAIGHTFORWARD NOTE TO CLOSE
Choosing your planner is a big decision.
Take the time you need. Ask what you want to ask. If it feels like the right fit after a conversation or two, we will know where to go from there.
If you feel a spark of connection here, we’d love to hear your story.
