At that point, we charge a small research retainer to shortlist the right venues for you.

💰 What Does It Actually Cost?
What our couples typically spend and what we charge.
We believe clarity builds trust. So here’s what to expect.
🧑🤝🧑 Weddings up to 150 guests
Most of our couples spend between
₹70 lakh to ₹2 crore
(~$85,000 to $235,000 USD)
This includes stay, meals, and all wedding arrangements over 2–3 days.
🌿 Intimate celebrations (upto 40 guests)
Budgets usually range from
₹30 to ₹50 lakh
(~$36,000 to $60,000 USD)
Depending on the venue, location, and your preferences.
📝 Our planning fee
• Up to ₹4 lakh ($5,000 USD) for intimate weddings (up to 40 guests) with events across 2 days.
• ₹6–8 lakh ($7,200–$9,600 USD) for larger weddings upto 150 guests with events across 2 to 3 days.
That’s roughly 10% of your total budget which is a fair, considered fee for the time, clarity, and expertise we offer.
We take on only a few weddings each year so when we’re in, we’re all in.

Some look perfect online, but won’t flow well in real life. Some are too showy. Some are too subtle. And some are so discreet, you’d never find them unless your planner already knows where to look.
