This is your wedding, not a production.
Our clients care about how their wedding looks, feels, and is remembered.
They are not looking for a packaged celebration — they want something that reflects them. That is why we design and decorate every event in-house, and we collaborate with designers and production houses when the wedding calls for it.
We don’t work on commission.
Every vendor we recommend is chosen because they’re the right fit; not because of any behind-the-scenes arrangement. Every decision is made in your best interest, for a wedding that is truly yours.
Full Service Wedding Planning
Our planning fees are structured per day of events:
— Up to 150 guests: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per day
— Up to 250 guests: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per day
— Up to 400 guests: priced on a prorated basis
Most weddings span two to four days. Final fees are scoped based on guest count, number of events, and the overall complexity of work.
What our role includes:
Planning & Coordination — Budget guidance and breakdown · Venue and hotel sourcing · Accommodation block booking and rooming lists · Guest RSVPs, communication, and updates · Airport transfers and ground logistics · Vendor shortlisting, booking, and management — from hospitality teams to logistics partner, hair and makeup to bridal stylists, food stylists and menu consultants, entertainment, photographers, filmmakers and beyond · Licensing and permissions · Detailed timelines and itineraries for vendors and the bridal party · Regular calls and check-ins throughout the planning period · On-site team arriving two to three days before the first event · Full on-ground coordination and execution across all events
Design & Experience — Creative direction and moodboards · Décor planning across all events — florals, rentals, lighting, stationery, signage · Event styling and production, with specialist designers and production houses brought in for larger or design-led events · Guest gifting and printed collateral · Save-the-dates to return gifts and everything in between.
Intimate Weddings (upto 20 guests)
— Starting at INR 3,00,000 for two events over two days, with up to 20 guests.
Smaller guest list. Same work, same standards.
Everything included in our full-service offering applies here — designed with the same rigour and attention to detail, just scaled for a more intimate celebration.
Elopements
— If your celebration includes just you two.
We plan elopements as seriously as we plan larger weddings. Venue, stay, décor, photography, beauty, planning — all of it handled, all of it personal. No templates, no unnecessary additions.
