Welcome to Elsewhere Weddings (operating under Memorable Indian Weddings). By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Services Provided
We provide wedding planning, coordination, and related consulting services.
The scope of services is defined in your signed agreement with us.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely decisions, and necessary approvals.
Clients are responsible for third-party payments (venues, vendors, artists, etc.) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our Responsibilities
We act as planners and coordinators, recommending and liaising with vendors on your behalf.
We do not guarantee vendor performance but will act in good faith to resolve any issues.
Limitation of Liability
Elsewhere Weddings will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages (such as vendor failure, weather disruptions, force majeure events).
Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to us for services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.

Personal details (names, contact numbers, email addresses).

Information Sharing
Shared only with vendors or service providers necessary to execute your wedding plans.
We do not sell or rent your information.

However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Shipping Policy
Since our services are event-based and not product-based, no physical shipping is involved.
All deliverables (proposals, designs, schedules, etc.) are shared digitally or in person.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations by Client
In case you decide to cancel our services after signing, all fees paid are non-refundable.
This is because significant time, planning, and vendor negotiations begin immediately upon engagement.
Cancellations by Elsewhere Weddings
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide services, we will refund any portion of our service fee that has not yet been utilized.
Vendor Payments
Refunds or cancellations with third-party vendors are subject to their individual policies and are outside our control.
Refunds
Upon approval, any refund shall be credited to the original method of payment within 15 days.
Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided in case of cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).
